This is my favorite restaurant on the island. I drive out from the North Shore all the way to the South side at least once a month to eat here. The restaurant sits on the ocean overlooking PK's in Poipu. Make sure to make a reservation during sunset, because the sunsets are amazing here. If you don't make a reservation and have a small party, show up at 6pm sharp and ask for a table in the bar area.
Pretty much all the food is excellent. The service is slow, but with the great atmosphere, who cares. Their most popular dish is the Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahimahi. I like the Fire-roasted Ahi and Kauai Duet as well. Make sure to order their Molten Chocolate Desire, it's the best (takes 20 minutes to prepare, so order it early).
